Object is the construction and delivery of 12 types of profiles:

Line for production of 12 types of profiles:

• mechanical decoiler with the capacity of 2 tons and the working width of 300 mm
• hydraulic with 2 tools for the penetration of holes („H“ and „UA“ profiles)
• infeed table for infeed of strip
• working area for profiling with 12 pairs of axes
• flying hydraulical shear for cutting of profiles
• electric motor with reductor 7,5 kW
• receiving table with length of 6 m
• control panel for manual and automatic operation

Technical description:

• material: zinc coated steel sheet with 0,5 until 2,0 mm thickness
• steel sheet width until 300 mm
• max. height of produced profile until 60 mm
• optimal speed for profiling app. 15 m/min.
• length tolerance ±1 mm
• dimension of the line 1,5 x 1,5 x 15 m

First line for production of two types of profiles: CW50, CW75 I

The line consists of the following elements:

• mechanical decoiler with the capacity of 2 tons and the working width of 400 mm
• hydraulic press with 2 tools for punching, thickness 0,6 mm
• infeed table for infeed of strip
• working area for profiling with 8 pairs of axes
• flying hydraulical shear for cutting of two types of profiles
• motor with gear 5,5 kW
• receiving table with length of 4 m
• manual control for automatic operation

• material: zinc coated steel sheet with 0,50 until 0,60 mm thickness
• steel sheet width until 400 mm
• max. height of produced profile until 60 mm
• optimal speed for profiling app. 35 m/min.
• length tolerance ±2 mm

Second line for production of four types of profiles: CW100, UA 50, UA 70 and UA 100

The line consists of the following elements:

• mechanical decoiler with the capacity of 2 tons and the working width of 300 mm
• punching of UA profiles
• infeed table for infeed of strip
• working area for profiling with 8 pairs of axes
• flying hydraulical shear for cutting of eight types of profiles
• motor with gear 7,5 kW
• receiving table with length of 4 m
• manual control for automatic operation
